2. Delivery of Services

BLACK MOUNTAIN BUSINESS CLUB operates as a business community and service-based platform. Delivery refers to access to memberships, events, and digital services.

2.1 Service Access

  • Upon successful registration or payment, users receive access to relevant services, membership areas, or event details

  • Access is granted via email confirmation or platform login

2.2 Delivery Timeframe

  • Digital services and memberships are activated immediately or within 24–48 hours

  • Event-related information is provided prior to the event date

2.3 Delays

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical or administrative reasons

  • Users will be notified accordingly


3. Return Policy

As the Association primarily provides services (not physical products), standard product return conditions may not apply.

However, if physical products are offered:

  • Products may be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Membership Cancellation

  • Users may request cancellation at any time via email

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period (if applicable)

4.2 Event Cancellation

  • Cancellations made at least 3–5 days before the event may be eligible for refund or credit

  • Later cancellations may not be refundable

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Services already delivered may not be refundable

4.4 Cancellation by the Association

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services or events. In such cases:

  • Users will be notified

  • A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered
